Why am I getting pain in the front of my knee?
Great video minus the distraction of the music in the background. Drop the music for a better user experience.
I could you not 2 years ago I had lifted a weight and idk what happened but when I went to sleep, I woke up with excruciating pain from the left side of my rib and went to my left chest😭😭😭 I couldn’t even take a small breaths cause it hurted like Hell, and when I finally forced a deep breath it felt like something grabbed my chest and squeezed it hard hard and it left me traumatized and I could still feel the sensation of the pain and today I got it again because I slept wrong and my arm was shoved in my rib 😭😭😭😭😭😭
the one problem here is that if you have a lumbar muscle spasm and down on the floor like in the video, you won't be able to get up off the floor without severe pain
I was recently diagnosed with an Intercostal Strain affecting my right rib. While I don't experience sharp pain, I initially had chest pain that has since subsided. Now, I feel persistent pressure on my right rib cage, which is very uncomfortable, crampy, and sensitive. Every position seems uncomfortable, and during baths, the pressure intensifies when I breathe in. This has been ongoing for two weeks. Additionally, I've developed severe lower and upper back pain, as well as neck pain, leaving me feeling sore all over. As someone prone to panic attacks, I find that taking Lorazepam significantly alleviates my discomfort, likely by relaxing my muscles. I'm concerned about whether this feeling of discomfort, stiffness, and pressure will ever subside. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how long did it take to recover? Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you This actually helped
Thanks for this video
What happens in the anterior shoulder specifically just lateral to the coracoid Process when the person leans back in a chair and reaches toward their opposite hip? How would this area be affected differently if the person was in a hunched over standing position?
My clavicle pain turned out to be Hoskins lymphoma.
I remembered to stretch after yardwork, yay! Enjoyed the stretch, thank you!
Injured my ribs at work lowering a heavy door off a deck to someone below. Person couldn't reach it and after 30-seconds of holding it and waiting I felt something inside pop. I thought I slipped a rib or something. Pain wasn't bad about 30-mins later and felt relatively fine outside of a very, very slight twinge in the area every once in a while for the next two days. BUT THEN, three days later, out of the blue, brushing my teeth in the morning and WHAM, felt something twist inside my ribcage and instant acute pain. Been 5-days since then, 8-days total since injury and pain gets worse everyday. I mean worse pain I've felt. Anybody experience this delayed onset pain, and if so...how long does this last, I have to get back to work but struggle taking deep breaths in, let alone any actual physical activity. HELP!
What upper body exercises can we do that don’t aggravate costo? I really want to do pushups but that’s not gonna be good lol

Fantastic video, out of all the guitar stretches on youtube hands down this is the most effective and best one. Cheers from Vancouver, Canada. Ed

Great video! Doing this tomorrow after my match!
Thanks! Great informative video!
Where were you after open heart surgery 9 years ago? I asked and asked the health professionals and got brushed off.
This is fabulous for guitarists too, who get golfer’s elbow on their left arm. Thanks so much, it is really effective🙏
Hi, thank you for the video! Every time i move my left arm, my collarbone makes a clicking sound and u can actually feel the ligament moving on top of the collarbone. The pain runs all the way from my collarbone to my upperback/shoulderblades. I did an MRI + Xray and it shows that the ligament is inflamed + my collarbones are not identical on both sides (the painful side has less gap and is higher than the other) My doctor only recommended that I stretch a lot and gave me some pain medications which arent helping. I've been having this issue for over a year now and it does not seem to get better... Please let me know what I should do
Hi brother hv u done collarbone surgery after collar bone break? I m feeling that same sound on my collarbone when I lift my arm up

Haven't been playing the poino in a long while, but I can very much recommend these stretches for people who do alot on the PC as well.
I have very severe emphysema and had problems with my rib cage for a very long time I had complained to my gp that I felt like I was being squeezed and would also get lots of spasm around my rib If i laughed the spasm were terrible I now have severe osteoporosis and had two severe wedge fractures at T 6/7 which has left me with kyphosis I wasn’t told for 5 months that I had fractures I was told it was all muscular from coughing Can I do these excersizes? I can’t take in very deep breath like I used to but also do belly breathing It’s not helping with all the tightness around my ribs and abdomen Will it be safe for my back if I do what your doing slowly
I strained my intersostal muscles working out. It hurt, but I merely reduced weight, stopped all load-bearing exercises, and about 2 weeks into it I am as good as new. Heat on the effected area was crucial at the start.
Why heat and not ice?
@kossttass I think it wasn't as swollen as some may have it with an injury so the heat helped to relax my muscle there. It is unfortunately in a crucial area for constant bending and flexing when moving and especially while lying down so the heat helped relax my muscles there after a day's worth of use.
1. Please add visuals 2. I know nothing, zero about the proper names of muscles, bones, areas etc -the words you’re using are unknown to me. You need to dumb this down for people who never took physiology, medical etc classes.
